Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
Once your ordered product arrives, please check the product contents immediately.
Please note that cancellations, returns, and exchanges of products due to customer's convenience after placing an order are not accepted in principle.
・The color of the product images may vary slightly from the actual product
depending on the PC, smartphone, etc. you are using, but returns and exchanges are not possible.
・Even for the same product, there may be individual differences of 1-2 cm in size during the production process, but these are not eligible for return or exchange.
・Color differences due to natural materials are also not eligible for return or exchange, so
please be sure to check when placing your order.
However, if the product is damaged during shipping, defective, or
a different product from what you ordered arrives, we will exchange it for the same product only if it is in stock.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
If there is no exchangeable stock, we will issue a refund.
