Relax Bath Time




Bath time is an important time in the day when you can relax for yourself.
There are times when you are so busy that you just need to take a shower.
Then you will find that your body and mind can relax.

This is because it produces serotonin, a neurotransmitter in the brain, which stabilizes the mind and leads to a relaxed state.
It is said that when this serotonin decreases, mental instability may lead to depression.

In recent years, it has become known that a decrease in female hormones is related to a decrease in serotonin, which is related to menopause.

It can be said that taking care of yourself during bath time is a pleasant time that leads your mind to a good balance.

The way I spend my bath time is to collect hot water and add bath salts.
You can also add your favorite essential oils at this time.

At first, slowly close your eyes and soak in the good feeling for a moment without thinking.

If you have time, you can take a half-body bath to promote perspiration.
At that time, prepare water and books and spend a longer time.

Taking a bath two to three hours before bedtime is also ideal for a good night's sleep.
